Problem Statement
As a busy person with food intolerances, I need help changing behaviors including shopping and cooking for a unique, natural diet that will fit my busy schedule and keep me focused on my path toward a healthier lifestyle.
Project Scope:
Scenario 1 | Setup & Identify
After recently receiving her food intolerance results from her doctor, Nina needs to begin her dietary regime which includes meal planning. Since this is all new to her she needs to set up her profile and provide her food intolerance lab results, her 4-day rotation and other food preferences.
Scenario 2 | Plan & Shop
Nina has her profile set up she wants to start personalizing her meal plans by viewing her recommended meal options and recipes, adjusting her ingredients, and buying meals and grocery items.
Scenario 3 | Track & Adjust
Now that Nina has started to reintroduce foods, she needs to track how she is reacting to certain combinations of foods or ingredients so that she can adjust her meal plan accordingly and make better decisions in the future.
